Anyone ada hajat nak job hopping?

Last week my old fren reviewed my cv, her comments: she feel like rotan’ning me coz my cv outdated. Hehe don’t la rotan me…gong xi fa chai to u fren!

Dun make early conclusion ya..I dun have any intention to leave my current job ok. Saja kasi update as it needs quite a fair nit of changes so it will be eveready bila nak guna.

However if ada ‘lamaran’ yang kaw-kaw, good package, ada career enhancement why not? No harm to try kan! tapi ada ke..hiks.

Ok let’s share some tips…maybe useful for adik2 yang baru grad nak apply for job.

1) Your cv, it must reflect your real self.

2) Be HONEST about your work scope and about yourself - never ever ever lie in your cv just to naik pangkat or a bigger salary.

3) CV - max 3 pages, best keep it to 2 pages;

4) CV to be sharp, concise, short sentences;

5) Refrain from :
• providing discriminatory information e.g. sex / gender, age, race, religion
• lengthy elaboration, this is not letter writing;
• repeat / duplicity of work scope

6) Any unique successes / achievements?

7) Make sure formatting is consistent = neat and tidy

8) Ensure there are no typo error, misspelling, grammar error = this shows the care taken to write a CV - it is your first presentation of (self) to a reader. If you have errors in your CV, it shows there is a lack of respect to the interviewer / reader who has taken time to review. It shows the level of your own self-respect. Respect interviewer's time. Make your CV reader friendly and professional. (bebel sikit)

9) If you are extending a print copy, use quality heavy grammage paper - Conqueror paper - neither to use photocopy paper or photocopy your cv banyak banyak and send to numerous job positions. (dulu I pun buat ni masa baru2 grad)

during CNY break...

Hi guys..how was ur holiday? Hope u had a super wonderful ones!
As for me biasa2 aje..this holiday banyak spent time with kids at home. Be a housewife kejap..masak, kemas, laundry..say again..masak??? …yup..I know lah kan I ni jarang masak so once in the blue moon masak dah terkezut pulak…hehehe

But no photo taken..malas.
Last nite was the last meal I masak meehoon sup ye kawan-kawan. So bila lagi I akan masak?…dunno.
Hari kerja banyak tapau je kat vichuda (kedai thai) nearby my house. Selalunya..dah dekat nak sampai rumah I will call that kedai order apa nak makan. Almost 8pm baru sampai rumah..that’s my routine.

On last Sunday, pergi car boot sale/pasar pagi/pasar tani kat stadium shah alam. Lama sungguh tak ke sini..few months I would say! Usually I pergi awal so having breakfirst kat sana..macam2 ada..

I bought books for kids (2nd hand tapi still in good condition) and coaster. Buku tu seringgit je satu and coaster RM5. If you r lucky you can get something unique and cheap! That’s why me and hubby like to come here…

On CNY kitaorang buat apa yek..lupa dah.
O…just kat rumah but in the evening we attended my friend’s wedding kat Nelayan Tasik Titiwangsa. Congrats to Azlina & Shahrul…semoga berbahagia selalu.

Yesterday..out for breakfirst @ chawan nearby bangsar village.
After that pergi carik sandal umair, sebab yang dia pakai sekarang dah kecik. Cepat jugak kaki dia membesar tak macam si kakaknya yang kaki kecik.
Nak carik kasut nayli memang big problem. So we heading to clarks bangsar village.
Unfortunately takde zise plak…but still fortunate coz branch alamanda ada so reserve dulu. Weekend ni pergi ambik.

After that dropped by Carrefour Tropicana jap…alang2 dah lalu situ. Bought some groceries. Then terus balik sebab Pak Jemmi nak gi main golf plak.

That’s was a piece of my story during CNY holiday…

How nice huh!..best duduk rumah sampai tak de mood dah nak masuk office..

I reply: bukan family day ke? Always golf (ni kes merungut dah ni!)

His reply: family day on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday…

okay la..okay la….(dlm hati sib baik dia main golf esok jer!)

I rasa kalau angin rajin datang I nak ‘spring cleaning’ sket kat rumah tu…macam dah semak jer.

My hubby suggested to go to Sunway Lagoon bawak anak2 main air…sure orang berduyun2 ke sana ni…hmmm tengok lah camane.

Don’t judge a book by its cover…

Am sure most of us familiar with the above phrase kan…actually I teringat my colleague’s story recently…where he saw a blind man nak across the road so dia dengan baik hati tolong dan sempat bersembang2.
He impressed with that blind man..coz dalam keadaan dia macam tu yang serba kekurangan tapi very bersemangat to pursue his study in law @ UM.
Wow! Amazing kan study LAW lagiks..so betul lah kata2 “jangan judge seseorang tu by first impression”

Hey..you know what? My hubby said dia mimpi I delivering twin baby. OMG!!!
Even mimpi tu kan mainan tidur tapi if that’s true…I have to buy new baju pregnant, all baby’s stuff macam baru dapat 1st baby tau.
Semua baju pregnant dah give away.
Bukan tak plan to get a new baby but not now. However kalau Tuhan nak beri rezeki of course I tak tolak.

Nayli always wanted to have a new baby..she said dia tak nak dah baby umair (ni time dia gaduh with umair)…mommy beli baby baru. Alahai anak bertuah…

Dear folks…salam and hola to everyone!

Yeahhh…welcome back..after almost a week off. As usual when me off..me really off…I meant no blog updates and no blog hopping. So today I will do my visit to your blogs if berkesempatan.

Updates of my course…really enjoyed! meeting new friends and I learnt new things. Some of the participants are my ex-colleagues during me in ACE Insurance. Happy to see them again…

Some of them..no need to tell their capability in this line…very experienced. Me just a new kid on the block…spashly in Director & Officers Insurance.

My kids truly happy though…they spent time and mom/dad’s money very successfully…hahaha.. Berlubang jugak lah..pocket we all dikerjakan oleh 2 budak kecik itu.

As I said..after my course Friday afternoon, me terus cabut ke Terengganu. The result of pilihanraya kecil Kuala Terengganu pun u all dah tahu kan…well I reserve my comments on that!

We all reached in KT about 7pm something, me very surprised coz jalan nak masuk my PIL house dipenuhi poster. Memang perang poster gila-gila ni…and jadi markas pak polisi. Ramai betul polis and jalan to KT really stucked.

Time very limited in my hometown…tapi masih sempat makan nasik dagang, nasik lemak sambal ikan tongkol…all my favourites.

Kalau nak ikut kan memang tak puas balik kampung sekejap sangat..tapi nak buat camane kan..Insyallah next time balik cuti lama sikit…

Ada course. Excited jugak nak attend this course coz the speaker, dulu I pernah berurusan dengannya. Hope she still remember me ;)

Saya sempat tukar bedsheet baru semalam...cantik kan! Thanks to mrs. taj yang pilih and tolong belikan kat aussino. Sweet je the color, yellow mellow...


How frequent you change your bedsheet? i pernah dengar ada yang tukar every week...rajin kan! Or maybe ada yang tukar everyday kot..

Kalau bedsheet baru with color and corak menarik, best jer tido kan..nyenyakkk...

This is true ok..some memang very particular with color, corak, material etc of their bedsheet. Ada yang spent hundred bucks for this..alah membeli menang memakai...

Stressnya when reach reporting time spashly year end reporting. Nature of my work ni memang year end banyak sesangat kerja and it will drag until January. Arrrgghhh…
Luckily got this blog untuk luah kan ketensionan. Put aside my work for a while…better take 5 nak update my blog...dun care!!!!

By the way just to touch skit pasal orang suka dengki & suka kutuk orang lain ni sebab I terbaca in a few blogs yang meluahkan perasaan ketidakpuasan hati untuk orang2 macam ini….

Really tak de kerja ke diaorang ni ??? I meant to people yang suka dengki dan kutuk orang tu..please mind you own biz boleh???? (sebab after post this entry I pun will mind my own biz..sambung kerja la apa lagi..)

For me nak kutuk orang pun cermin-cermin la diri sendiri, dah sempurna ke??! ...just remember hidup ni ibarat roda sometimes kita kat atas and sometimes kita kat bawah…(hahaha..ada kena mengena ke? ..tak kira!!!)

On behalf of orang2 yang kena kutuk, I would say to whom yang suka kutuk orang tu bawak2 la menginsafkan diri..tak baik buat orang sakit hati tau (reminder to myself too & mintak jauh dari sifat2 camni, bukan I baik sesangat tapi ingat mengingati tu sifat mulia)

I tak emo, buat apa nak emo coz so far I tak face problem ni..kalau ada pun I tak ambik pusing..biar si luncai terjun dengan labunya. Again..cuma tak paham sikit la kenapa orang2 begini wujud di muka bumi ini..

Sorry yer terlajak pulak..tension kerja punya pasal sampai melarat2 dah..

Hmm…u all dah rasa ke roti perisa baru ni? Sedap..this morning I had sarapan with this..

Tengok lah nayli dah pandai tulis surat…she said to kakak ika (neighbour yang selalu melayan dia masa rumah baby sitter) apa dia conteng kat dalam tu I pun tak tahu..but she asked me to teach her how to draw love…huhuhu

suka Sunday..tapi suka lagi Saturday…

Sunday morning my hubby ajak pergi “car boot sale” kat stadium shah alam. Hmm…lama dah tak ke sana. Biasanya kalau ke sana suka keluar awal2 like 7.30am sebab tak panas and feel so fresh cuci mata..akakaka.

Tapi I kesian pulak tengok kiddos still sleeping so I told him next time je lah. Then my hubby teruskan routine dia, cuci kereta.

Tengahari, my hubby cam biasa pergi “menebas”. When hubby with golf, biasanya I tak kemana. Prefer to stay at home with kiddos. I akan keluar jalan2 only when he is around. No reason cuma more relaxing with him. ;-)

So yesterday I sempat siapkan kerja office yang almost due for deadlines.

Nayli chan and umair chan pulak busy playing and watching tv. Hehehe..semalam umair chan berjaya tak pakai diapers for a few hours…pandai pun cakap nak shi-shi. Good boy!

For dinner I just goreng mihun..light2 jek. Makan dengan keropok keping…typical orang ganu kan..makan apa2 pun nak jugak ada keropok.

That’s why always kena ada stock keropok. Now dah nak habis..kebetulan weekend ni nak balik kampung boleh lah replenish. My hubby nak balik mengundi, jalan kan kewajipan.

Marathon...

This is a marathon entry…bukan I masuk marathon ok…lol ;)

Due to lack of time so decided to lambak kan a few stories altogether. Bz manjang…nak kena kejar deadlines quarter reporting..aduss! (bila stressed jenguk blogs)
Next week kerja 3 hari ajo..Thursday & Friday I will be attending a course in Genting. Bring family sekali..oh..my kids ponteng kindy 2 hari lagi.

First of all, semalam tetiba rasa nak makan kfc. Jangan makan selalu tau..‘sekali sekala’ tu wokey la.

Balik kerja singgah makan sambil tu sempat masuk giant cari some groceries yang dah out of stock like juices and junk foods. Now we all (me & hubby) like to layan kuaci perisa kelapa sambil tengok tv. Layan…

Now iklan minyak wangi plak…


This is a gift from bro zuan. Terima kasih daun keladi! Huhuh lain kali bagi lagi.. kalau boleh demand, I nak tudung dubai plak yek!..kwang kwang kwang (incase singgah dubai)

I love this Tommy girl very much..flowery smell. The smell make me remember suatu masa dulu..

Kebetulan plak most of my scents dah nak habis. I ni pakai ikut mood not stick to one smell only. For time being yang still ada CH 212 (always my fav), Ralph Lauren botol petak (from hubby) and miniature Dior Addict (got this free masa buy parfum for hubby, so always keep this in my hbag)



Yang ni kalau terdesak boleh lagi ni 2-3 x sembur..ralph lauren, oceanus by body shop souvenir from my ex-boss and anna sui yang I beli sendiri.

Botol2 parfume yang dah habis ni to give to my mom..sebab dia suka simpan. Dah banyak dah koleksi dia...
Hari tu my mom dapat Elizabeth Arden botol besar from her son. Suka bangat la my mom..dia pun kaki perfume ni.

Sekarang ni too many new perfumes kat market..sedia kan fulus and pick sajo.

Kalau time2 sekolah dulu order avon jer..I think sekarang lagi banyak choices perfume avon kan. Don’t play2 avon pun mahal tau and wangi..I tak kisah pun kalau pakai avon..yang penting wangi kan. Tapi dah lama betul tak tengok catalog avon…

Last but not least..nak langsai kan hutang tag kawen ni from rasp.

I actually tak reti nak mentag-tag ni so anyone interested nak buat tag ni dipersilakan.

Inilah kenangan terindah (31/05/2003)..this year we will celebrate our 6th anniversary. Alhamdulillah..

Just got email from my sis in law in gold coast mentioned that air asia ada promotion to gold coast RM499 (one way). Wow memang teruja…my mom lagi teruja ni..dia rindu kan cucus kat sana.

Alaaa.. air asia memang selalu buat promo. Insyaallah ada rezeki bila dapat durian runtuh ke…vitamin B ke.. boleh la ke sana. I belum setahun lagi kat office ni..last year orang dapat vitamin B, I pandang je lah..kesian I kan…

Tak pe..tak pe…insyallah in may ni merasa lah my first vitamin B kat sini..tapi sure tak sebanyak last year coz as u all know last year was not really a good year same goes to this year (based on prediction!)

Anyway we still have to work as usual kan tak kira la recession ke tak ke..we shud bersyukur masih ada kerja..not like some of them yang kena buang kerja sebab kemelesetan.

Make me rasa insaf kejap..huhu..so I berazam nak jadi orang yang lebih berjimat cermat gitu..kurangkan shopping benda yang not really important. Boleh ke??? Boleh…

My bro zuan dah habis cuti, going back to Sudan again cari rezeki tinggalkan family. It’s ok..satu pengorbanan tu kan!!! Take care bro…jumpa lagi in next 3 months ok. Tapi balik kali ni sempat rembat kereta idaman tu..syabas bro..dream came true. Work harder after this wokeh!! Murah rezeki…

To my nephew Mik plak..school start again. Last weekend my big bro send him to hostel (in T’ganu)..mik nangis yek??! Alahai..tu la lama cuti/stay at home dah sayang nak tinggalkan family. Ni my big bro lah cerita..(actually my big bro pun sebak hehehe!!!)

Wish to my big bro sempena his birthday today (6/1/09). May God bless u bro..moga dimurahkan rezeki & dipanjangkan umur (ucapan biasa but really meaningful kan! Ucapan is doa)

By the way korang..I buat lagi my egg tarts last weekend. Berjaya! my hubby salah beli bekas besar skit..so my tart bigger..this is first attempt after belajar ngan my MIL.

Semalam ramai mak ayah yang cuti hantar anak ke sekolah kan. I pun cuti…send my kids to school as well. Tapi today continue send to rumah nanny for a week and go back to school again on next Monday. My girl very excited to go to school, tapi dia tu baru nak masuk 5 years so semalam just kasik warm up je dulu then next week onwards no more nanny..hopefully dia serasi lah dengan new environment…

Risau jugak..sebab both nayli and umair were attached to the nanny since kecik. Diorang panggil nanny tu ‘mak’. Nayli siap cakap kesian mak tinggal sorang2 mak rindu nayli. So I cakap..tak pe lah bila nayli nak go to mak house mommy will send you..

Both of them memang serasi betul dengan mak ni..mula2 dulu mak stay nearby my house..then dia pindah but memandangkan susah nak cari good nanny yang jaga anak kita macam anak sendiri so I still continue ngan mak ni even kena hantar jauh skit (actually jauh banyak ..kena buat big round) from my house…but I sanggup asal kan hati tenang masa kat office.

So now, bukan my kids jer rasa sedih..I pun sedih nak pisah kan my kid from mak..tapi nak buat camana kan..actually umair tu still kecik lah to go to school however since kakak sekolah might as well send together. Tak payah sorang sana sorang sini..good exposure though to him.

For nayli I have trained her to wash ‘yak’ sendiri…seems good on that! Sebelum ni she refused, geli lah..macam2 excuses she gave. But her brother, Umair still wearing diapers..puas dah train tp tak jalan I pulak gave up hhuhhu.. nasib baik cikgu kata she will train and assured me that will be fine..sekejap jer dia boleh ajar..…hopefully.

..yesterday..

was a rest down day..the night before sleep late kan..so apalagi kepala ni rasa miong semacam.

Pagi2 my mom semua bersiap nak bertolak balik t’ganu. So we all pergi hantar sampai ampang point meet my big bro kat sana. Luckily jalan not that busy.

After that me pun terus balik…got so many things to do at home. Washing, clean up apa yang patut…petang semua anak beranak ketiduran. Bangun rasa so fresh and hungry. I goreng keropok lekor..uishh sodap. Lapar kan semuanya sedap.

About 7 pm called my mom, Alhamdulillah they all selamat sampai dah..

after my dad passed away 11 years ago..banyak suka duka yang dia gone thru..
mom, u are my everything to me and I will do anything to make u happy..

…teringat macamana susah payah dia membesarkan kita.. tak terbalas jasa ibu kan!

Last day in year 2008....

Actually today I supposed to cuti but cancelled, decided to work rather than stay at home. At the first place plan nak balik T’ganu but since my mother dah datang so postpone dulu maybe mid Jan baru balik tengok la camane.
Itu lah kan..kita hanya merancang tapi Tuhan yang menentukan…

Last Wednesday kan office I declared half day..after makan2 I terus blah..tak tunggu gift exchanged sebab I got date with my family. Bawak my mom semua to the curve and having late lunch kat waroeng ayam penyet.

They shopping around and petang skit terus berangkat balik to my house afraid if lambat tersangkut traffic jam plak. Kat the curve tu jalan dah tutup sebab ada consert new year kat situ.

Malam tu ada date lagi..keluar having dinner @ Jonny’s steamboat kat alamanda. Malam ni brother zuan plak belanja.
Selalunya macam tu lah when my family is here we all having gathering makan2 and take turn belanja..masa makan tu enjoy makan sama2 and chit chat..precious time tu! We all lepak kat situ till 11 plus.
Aik...tak reti2 lagi nak balik orang nak kemas meja da…


This is a must for me when makan kat sini..soursop juice..

After makan tu ada ½ hour lagi nak tutup 2008, so we all pun lepak kat tepi jalan kat putrajaya konon nak tunggu countdown and tengok bunga api..but..tunggu punya tunggu bayang bunga api pun tak nampak..hampa. Budak2 lagi kesian sibuk tanya mana bunga api!!!

wahhh.nayli sakan happy..maklumlah kerete daddynya tak de moon roof bagai...

Banyak sungguh kereta berderet2 kat tepi jalan dengan harapan nak tengok bunga api..hehe.
Selalunya ada countdown kat putrajaya tp this year tak de plak.. We all pun terus melepak lagi sampai kereta reda skit. Dekat pukul 2 sampai rumah kids semua dah zzzzzZZZ.
