I dah praktikkan to less using plastic bags. Kalau nak beli grocery try to use my own recycle bag unless I lupa.
Mula2 memang asyik terlupa aje..I believe lama2 sikit will get used to it.
So nak keluar je bawak beg sekali letak dalam kereta. Actually very easy tapi tak jadi kebiasaan saja.
I think kat negara lain dah lama tak pakai beg plastik ni kan?!

I pon try test ni gak…sebelum ni ambik susu lain tp tak consistent.Ok lah…rasanya boleh diterima.
Your kids still using bottle susu? Hmmm.. I baru jer belikan umair botol baru.Sejak 1 & 1/2 year ago I started to use MAM brand.
Harga satu RM27.90 tapi I ambik yang twin packs which is more cheaper RM39.90.
The price is about the same with avent brand tapi this is special skit sebab do not contain any Bisphanol A (BPA). Nak tahu further pasal BPA u all can google kay!
A bit pricey tapi boleh tahan lama and safe. That’s the most impirtant kan...
Untuk cuci botol pulak I use pureen brand. Other brands such as tollyjoy & pigeon.
I pun tak sure yang mana the best…

rasp, tu lah..bila tengok mat2 & minah2 salleh kat sini duk angkut beg grocery masing2..dorang dah biasa kat tempat dorang.
Dulu I pon pakai avent but now prefer mam plak..from what I read mam tu lagi safe..tp tak tahulah kan.
