Belly fat..

Macamana nak kurangkan/hapuskan belly fat? Yang saya tahu kena rajin buat sit-up..any other way? Don’t tell me buat liposuction ok huhu..

Pernah terbaca kat mags mana dah lupa yg kak chik sorang ni buat sit up 1000x per day (I did blog about this earlier but lazy to dig)
Konon-kononnya I want to do that as well, no need buat up to 1000, cukup puluh2 sajo for beginning tp yilekk pun (hangat2 txxx ayam jer)

I never really appreciated my flat belly before giving birth until beranak pinak to the two of my precious gems and now ni makin obvious plak..owh no!
I sangat2 admire to mums yg punyai flat belly.

I know, I know lack of work out…habis tu camane dari pagi, lepas lunch sampai petang duduk jer kat kosi..paling2 pun bangun jalan gi collect printing, ladies or pantry.

Wokey kena lebihkan exercise ni..(pinjam hula-hoop nayli lah lps ni dan saya jgk nak skipping depan tv malam2.. aci gak kan! huhu)

actually kan, really susah nak flatten the tummy! No matter how hard I try, the bulge will still be there.

kat ofis ada tangga tak?
turun naik tangga setiap hari, sure ada kurang... hehe

eedany sendiri pun malas... macam mana nak slim kalau malas. konon2 harap magic, tingggg...terus kurus! ciss... dalam mimpi boleh lah.
